Chris leads a team of expert researchers and is one of the most experienced search directors in the impact world.

He has helped countless scaling ventures from concept to Series-B understand their people strategy and build high-performing teams. He has also recruited C-suite leaders and teams in corporates and consultancies globally.

A Chartered Accountant and former Army Officer, Chris is passionate about maximising your talent ROI and building mission-aligned teams that deliver impact.
